George Turmon

George is the founder of TNT Fitness Studio. TNT is located in Duluth Ga. and has been in operation for 9 years. Before opening this facility he was a trainer and competitor in the fitness and Body building industry for 30 years. In 1990 he won the MR. South Carolina state championship and decided he wanted to become a professional Bodybuilder. In 2003 He won the Masters Nationals and got his IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) Pro card.

After competing professionally for 6 years, George decided to devote his time helping others reach their fitness goals.  Through hard work and his attention to detail, George gained the experience needed to customize efficient training programs for all types of clients.  

He is well known in the industry for his training and preparing Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure competitors. His clientele ranges from professional athletes to busy executives and stay at home moms.

Steve Collett, ACSM, RCS

A graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Exercise Science and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) since 1990, Steve has been educating thousands of people on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.  Steve developed Enhancing Health, Inc. with his wife and business partner Lisa in 1996 to promote its mission, “Provide the individual with an education on the principles of exercise, the importance of proper nutrition and the benefits from therapeutic massage.”  Steve has over 23 years of experience in developing health and fitness programs for all ages and abilities as well as designing fitness centers ranging in size from 800 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft. for hospitals and companies, including Gwinnett Health Systems, Inc. and Mizuno.  Knowing the importance of heart health and the need for expert advice, Steve increased his knowledge by becoming a registered cardiovascular sonographer through Cardiovascular Credentialing International and is working closely with cardiologists to develop heart healthy programs for the community.  In addition, Steve has written and published a book, The FITT Golfer, that caters to the golfing community to promote the importance of proper exercise and nutrition.

Cathy Marshall

Cathryn Marshall is well-known as one of Atlanta's top personal trainers. She's a fitness and nutrition expert with 18 years experience, wearing various hats in the fitness industry. She Designs custom fitness and nutrition programs is known for her ability to get immediate results. Cathryn's education includes an MSW from SUNY Buffalo.  She's a professional speaker and author of the book: Simple Fat Burn: Three steps to being fit and lean. She is a catalyst for positive change who loves educating people on how to become healthy and fit. Cathryn has enjoyed being part of the team of Atlanta's top personal trainers at TNT Fitness studio for 9 years. She is passionate about upholding a standard of excellence for the fitness industry. She specializes in nutrition education, body-sculpting, strength training and mass building. She has competed three times in NPC figure competitions. Cathryn frequently mentors personal trainers for business development and growth. She currently designs fitness programs and sees clients at TNT Fitness Studio. She is known as a "catalyst for positive change", and believes education combined with behavioral changes equates success.

TJ Alvarado

TJ Alvarado is a health and fitness professional that has been serving the Gwinnett County community in the areas of violence prevention education and personal fitness training since 2006. TJ is known for her ability to train clients to “flip the switch” so they can change their health habits and mindset about self- protection. As your wellness advocate, she will design your custom fitness program based on your current condition and individual goals.

TJ specializes in working with people with limited abilities, high school athletes, mixed martial artists, law enforcement officers, and corporate executives.

Certifications: NFPT Personal Trainer, Tactical Athlete Kettlebell Instructor, Modern Warrior  Self Defense Instructor, Licensed Medical Massage Therapist.

Affiliations: Leadership Gwinnett Alumni, BNI Southeast Record Busters, The Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals & Hardcore Bodybuilding & fitness freaks.

She teaches her Fit-Defense Program at TNT Fitness Studio in Duluth. Where she provides personal training for small groups and individuals.
